With the incredible growth of mobile gaming and the widespread proliferation of Smart Phones, it's surprising that mobile mobile MMORPGs aren't; one reason for this is that deg a fully fledged MMORPG on a smartphone isn't easy. Games have to work well on smaller screens and need to be designed with the touchscreen in mind. Still, despite these challenges there are a more than a few mobile MMORPGs out there, and some of them are surprisingly good.
