Ashes Of Creation Previews Alpha Two’s Big Angry Sword-Swinging Fighter Archetype

The Ashes of Creation dev team continues to build hype for its Alpha Two playtest with a new preview video that offers a detailed preview of the PvP sandbox MMORPG’s Fighter archetype.

The Fighter will be one of the archetypes included in the next round of testing and will come armed with a massive two-handed sword and an arsenal of heavy-hitting attacks. Fighters will need to build up and maintain a resource called Momentum for maximum combat efficiency while making use of different Forms (stances) to increase their defense against crowd control attacks or increase their attack speed depending on the situation.

Intrepid Studio has yet to lock in a hard date for Alpha Two but it’s currently set for sometime in Q3 2024. In the meantime, you can check out the Fighter archetype preview right after the cut.
