My.com Discusses Revelation Online's Guild System

As part of the slow bleed of information regarding all of My.com revealed a number of details about the game's guild system earlier today. At level 30, players can apply to create a guild at the guild creation NPC. The creation of a new guild will take "a fair amount" of coin, but it's fairly straightforward. Once you have paid the necessary fee, you are given an opportunity to "design an emblem, flag, costume and a custom announcement for your guild." Once your guild has been created, you must recruit 10 players within the first 72 hours or your guild will be disbanded and the money you invested to create it will be lost.

However, simply creating the guild isn't all that is involved.  of the guild can donate gold and items to the guild in order to fund it. Alternatively, they can do Guild Quests, such as woodworking, on the guild's island, provided they are at least level 30. Your workers may also provide you with "items for guild donations," should you give them food and drinks. Various PvE and PvP activities may provide similar items, as well.

Guild leaders can decide which section of their guild island to build up first and assign officers to oversee different parts of their guild. Any member of the guild can even hire NPCs to help out around the guild island. Each NPC has "different characteristics" that determine how proficient it is in, for example, mining or woodworking.
