Choose To Side With Good Or Evil In Dark Age Of Camelot’s New In-Game Event
You know what they say about crossroads and making deals with the devil right? Well, Dark Age of Camelot recently kicked off a month-long event called Crossroad Covenants that will require players to choose sides in the ongoing battle between good vs. evil.
Seal a pact with the demonic Emissaries of Eidolon to get a 10% increase to damage and healing effects as well as a 100% boost to Realm Point gains when you’re in or around the northern crossroads. In exchange for the buff, you’ll take 10% more damage when you’re in the region. You can also pledge your loyalty to the Vigilant Order to help control demonic presence in the region and get a 10% reduction to damage taken and a 50% increase to Realm Point earnings. You’ll also get a 10% reduction to damage and healing, but at least you’re on the good side.
Players will be able to pick a side once they’ve completed the introductory quest for the event. They’ll be asked to choose from two items: Stand With Wickedness or Demon’s Due. Pick the first item to side with the Emissary and the second to side with the Order. You’ll be able to use your chosen item in the event areas to gain the above-mentioned buffs.
You’ll also be able to take on a new weekly repeatable quest throughout the duration of the event and a final reward quest for a chance to obtain realm and bounty points, midsummer battlefield potions, a new title, and exclusive new cloaks and visual effects.
