Protoss Hero Fenix Now Playable On The Heroes Of The Storm PTR
Heroes of the Storm is commemorating the momentous occasion with a new addition to the MOBAs ever-growing roster, the legendary Protoss hero – Fenix, Steward of the Templar.
“As one of the greatest heroes in protoss history, Fenix's deeds on the battlefield are legendary. After falling to the zerg during the invasion of Aiur, his body was recovered and implanted into a dragoon so he could continue to fight. Not even death can stop Fenix from achieving glory and valor.”
Fenix is a ranged assassin capable of dealing sustained damage. He is equipped with a regenerating shield, a powerful laser beam, switchable weapons, and the ability to warp to a nearby location. The Protoss hero is now available on the PTR and will be available for testing until March 26th.
Fenix will be patched in when Heroes of the Storm kicks off their StarCraft 20th Anniversary event on March 27th. The patch will also feature new skins, mounts, and portraits. Watch Fenix in action in the video below. You can also head over to the Heroes of the Storm official site for more info.
