Learn How To Refine Your Gear In Revelation Online
Revelation Online has released a guide to help players refine their equipment along their journey for maximum effectiveness. Improving your gear grants additional stats, so a +10 weapon will deal far more damage than a +1—obvious, right? To start the process you have to find the Refinement NPC, one is available in every major city.
Each equipment pieces has its own refinement bonus:
- Armor & Necklace will increase your maximum HP
- Main hand & Offhand weapons will increase either Magic or Physical Attack depending on the weapon
- Earrings & Rings will increase your Physical or Magic Armor.
Up to level 49 players can enhance their gear up to +10, but once they break the barrier they can refine their gear to +16 (up to level 79).
You will need the right materials to start, which can be seen on the refinement menu. They can be obtained from Cita Ceres the NPC, but in typical RPG fashion you need Peculiar Tickets and then exchange those tickets for Curious Beads: the only currency Cita accepts, along with Ausgyth Points.
Gear will be imbued with hidden stats upon reaching refinement levels +5, +9, and +13, which show up in four different colors: Green, Blue, Purple, and Gold. If you don't like your random bonus you can re-roll, but it costs refinement materials.
Refining is a process, as expected. And it's something players will be wrapped up in as they advance through the game's many levels.
