Founded by Erez Goren and Todd Harris in 2005, Hi-Rez Studios is one of the largest video game studios in the southeastern part of United States and employs more than a hundred employees in their headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. The company was voted as one of the Top 30 Video Game Developers of 2012 by Game Developer Magazine and Gamasutra. The company has developed a number of popular titles including the critically-acclaimed First-person-shooter, Tribes: Ascend and Smite, a third-person MOBA. Part of the company’s success can be attributed to hiring experienced game developers who have worked with other successful titles such as The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Call of Duty, and City of Heroes.
