The Aetherlight Overview
The Aetherlight: Chronicles of Resistance is a steampunk themed MMORPG where players fight against the Emperor's robotic Automaton army. It retells the story of scripture from the Old Testament to the New Testament, and has been endorsed by the American Bible Society. Create your character with a randomly generated name where players craft items by collecting gears, pipes, and more. Solve puzzles using accumulated items and and aid civilians fighting against the resistance. Engage in turn-based combat where successful attacks are dictated by a pinwheel mini-game. Meet a cast of quirky characters with witty dialogue, each with distinct personalities. The Aetherlight serves as an introduction for young kids interested in the MMORPG genre. And parents are provided with tools to ensure their children are met with the experience they want.

Development History / Background:
The Aetherlight is developed by New Zealand based company Scarlet City Studios. The American Bible Society has endorsed The Aetherlight, as its steampunk adventure mirrors scripture from the old testament, beginning with Genesis, and unfolding through the New Testament. The game launched into Early Access on February 29, 2016 and is available to anyone who purchases an Early Access package. Several game episodes are planned to release each year after launch. The game fully released on May 05, 2016.
