Star Wars The Old Republic Confirms Launch Date For Update 7.4: Chains In The Dark
Star Wars The Old Republic players will be making their way back to Ord Mantell in a few short days as Broadsword Entertainment prepares to roll out Update 7.4: Chains in the Dark on December 5th.
Chains in the Dark will introduce a new daily area on the planet called Kessan’s Landing that will also feature new repeatable content, new achievements and reputation to earn, and a fight against a new battle droid world boss called the FR3-D0M.
Players will also be able to take on new story quests to advance the Lane Vizla storyline, as well as a series of side missions that will take them across the galaxy to obtain a piece of tech that will prove to be extremely useful on Kessan’s Landing.
The update will also completely revamp the Galaxy Trade Network auction house, promising a more -friendly experience with a new advanced search feature and a more streamlined process for auctioning and claiming items.
Later in the month, players can look forward to the return of the annual Life Day event and a lighting tool upgrade, both of which will go live on December 12th. More information can be found on the Star Wars The Old Republic official site.
