The Division Beta Saw 6.4 Million Players This Weekend

Ubisoft's latest pseudo-MMO Tom Clancy's The Division was in Open Beta over the weekend. During that time, 6.4 million people ed the Beta and took part. The average playtime among all Beta players was 4 hours and 52 minutes. On average, players spent over one-third of their time in PvP. More than 2.5 million players went rogue.

These are impressive stats for a weekend-long Open Beta. The average playtime is particularly impressive. The question now, though, is how many of this weekend's players will end up buying the game. Hopefully, Ubisoft will release stats for the first week after the game launches on March 8th.
