Legends of Aria in Point Release 9. The update will introduce a host of new features including the Grand Bazaar, militia updates, a new militia ranking system, and a new capture-the-flag mechanic.
A new global material called Spiritwood will be added into the game as part of the militia capture the flag scenario. Spiritwood can be earned by gaining control of the Spiritwood King of the Hill location. This precious new resource can be used to repair your keep doors and summon a battering ram to knock down your opponent’s keep doors.
According to the devs, Spiritwood is just the first of several new global resources that they plan to add into the game. Like Spiritwood, these resources can only be earned by controlling King of the Hill locations thereby increasing the importance of holding on to them.
